Got to celebrate it by pretending to be very important people…at a Children’s rock concert. (Bavian Rock, Parken) Lots of free crappy foods, sugary drinks and teenage pop music. It doesn’t get any better than that! Maybe except for meeting super idol, Dora The Explorer.

Don’t get get me wrong. I love being a Mom and I love having a kid. But I DON’T LOVE getting a throat infection twice in three weeks. (Read kid get’s it, kid gives it)

Uhm… I have school work to do. I have work work to do. And I have a 4th (OH MY GOD) birthday party to plan.

Here’s how it went. Husband get’s concussion, husband get’s throat infection, child get’s ear infection, I get throat infection….we get better…except for the concussion part, don’t get me started on how he got it (Old men should’nt play soccer like they’re still 20)….and then I get a throat infection AGAIN, next day husband get’s throat infection again, next day child get’s throat infection AND impetigo (børnesår).

Anything else you wanna throw at us Universe? I CAN TAKE IT. Give me your best shot.

Yes yes yes…like everyone says. THEY ARE MY LIFE. I love them to death, but I am still ME too:-)

I have a husband. Jay. Really his name is Albert, but yes Americans have some weird traditions and he has been known as Jay since he came out of….scratch that…into this world.

He is gorgeous and multifaceted. A professional jazz musician, Bachelor in Phychology, Masters in Landscape Architecture and now he is studying to be a English/physics teacher. Man of many trades….and did I mention gorgeous?

And we have a son. Callum. He is almost 4, going on 13…I pretty much gave birth to a teenager. Who knew little people could be so opinionated? He is clever, always has a smile on his face and has the most adorable dimple on one side of his face. I AM NOT BIASED. It’s true. Honestly.

Callum loves soccer, dancing and chocolate. He gets the first two from me…really I have no clue where he got the chocolate gene from. I NEVER eat chocolate. NEVER.
